What is MartialCRM?
MartialCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) and school management system made only for martial arts schools. It keeps your students, leads, membership agreements, attendance, belt ranks, testing and reports in one place, and it runs in your web browser.
Which martial arts does it work for?
Any style that uses ranks and memberships: Taekwondo, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Krav Maga, Hapkido, Aikido and more. Your belt ladder is set up to match your own curriculum.
Does MartialCRM process payments?
No. MartialCRM records each agreement's terms, payment schedule and payment method, and its reports show who is due to be charged each month. You keep collecting payments the way you do today, whether that is in-house EFT, Stripe, Square or another provider.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MartialCRM runs in any modern web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. The check-in kiosk can be added to a tablet's home screen so it runs full screen at your front desk.
How long does it take to get started?
Not long, because we do the setup for you. We configure your school, branches, belt ranks, membership plans and staff logins, so your team can start adding students right away.
Is my school's data secure?
Every school has its own separate database, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, repeated failed logins are locked out, and the data is backed up daily. Every change to a student record is logged with who made it.
